RACE EXPERIENCE - TAUPO
Location
NZV8 Race Experience principally and exclusively
utilises the New Zealand Grand Prix race circuit @ Manfeild Park Raceway in the
Manawatu as our primary, regular and preferred Central North Island race track
venue for our 400kw Holden V8 Race Experiences...
However, subject to availability and a
sufficient minimum number of confirmed and pre-booked attendees, we can
endeavour to arrange the utilisation of Taupo
Motorsport Park, if specifically required.
This venue is situated on the corner of Centennial Drive and
Broadlands Road, 8km North East of Taupo.
Our next
Holden V8 Race Experience event is currently envisaged to occur at Taupo
Motorsport Park on:
Wednesday the 7th March 2012.
(Any intending participants will need to confirm their bookings in advance)
Taupo Motorsport Park is
ideally located and positioned in one of the country's premier tourist and
conference centres and it has been extensively refurbished and extended into a
variety of varying track configurations.
Facilities
NZV8 Race Experience utilises the
Pit Garaging and/or Corporate Suite as its Taupo operations base.
It is approximately 6km to the nearest food
outlet.
On-site catering is available by
arrangement for corporate or special events subject to attendance numbers.
Accommodation
Being a popular tourist and conference centre,
there is an extensive selection of hotels and motels in Taupo.
Whenever the NZV8 Race Experience Team are in Taupo, they prefer to
stay at Quest Taupo Apartments.
Nearest Major Airport
Taupo Airport.
Rental Vehicle
Location
AVIS & Thrifty Car Rentals are
available by arrangement from the Taupo airport.
